Get your AI chatbot live on your website in 3 simple steps.

Tell us about your business

Go to the Business Info tab in your dashboard and fill in your details: business name, hours, services, pricing, and frequently asked questions. The more detail you add, the better your chatbot will answer customer questions.

Tip: Think about the 10 most common questions your front desk or phone staff get asked. Add those to the FAQ section and your chatbot will handle them automatically.

Customize your widget

Go to the Widget tab and pick colors that match your brand. Set your business name as the title, and add a friendly subtitle like "Ask us anything!" Preview your changes in real time.

Add one line of code to your website

Copy this snippet and paste it into your website's HTML, right before the closing </body> tag:

<script src="https://ask-widget.com/chat-widget.js" data-auto="true"></script>

That's it. The widget will appear as a chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your site.

Tip: Don't have access to your website's code? Here's where to find it on popular platforms:

Register your domain

Go to the Domains tab and add your website's domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com). The chatbot will only respond to requests from domains you've registered. This keeps your chatbot secure and prevents unauthorized use.
